Product Features

JSB is a nozzle mixture type burner designed to use ambient combustion air through a combustion chamber to burn a strong, high-temperature airflow. The high speed of the gas improves temperature uniformity, product quality and system efficiency.

JSB burners are available in two models:

High Speed (HV) type: up to 500 ft/s(152 m/s)

Medium speed (MV) model: up to 250 ft/s(125 m/s)

The JSB series can also use combustion air at temperatures up to 315 ° C.

Power adjustment ratio 50:1.

Type of fuel available: natural gas, LPG or diesel.

Power output ranges from 37,500 kcal/hour to 2.5 million kcal/hour.

Maximum furnace temperature 1530℃.

Typical industrial applications: Commonly used in metal annealing furnace, metal melting furnace, incinerator, small glass kiln, ceramic kiln, fluidized bed dryer and other industrial applications.
